professional tax slab for year 2004, 2005 and 2006 for gujarat

Dear Sir,
I sent an email yesterday for knowing the Professional tax slabs for the year 2004, 2005 and 2006 for gujarat. Still i have not received any information for the professional tax slabs for gujarat for year 2004, 2005 and 2006.
Please send me an email for the professional tax slabs for the year 2004, 2005 and 2006 for gujarat as soon as possible.
