Question A Tidy Budget !?!

Keeping the current state of the economy in mind, how much (%) of your financial budget should one ideally set aside towards corporate gifts? Speaking of which, any suggestions on the right choice of business gifts for the holiday season?

Corporate gifting, these gifts have to hit the spot with the clients that are receiving these gifts. I guess gone are the days where you give a calender, a clock, a dairy, with your company logo on it.

Imagine gifting something like an iTouch, iPod, etc to a client.. man, that should really catch his fancy. Definitely will keep the music going through this holiday season...

The budget is decided every year based on several factors and the choice of the gift itself is something that depends on who the target is. Strategy is everything. If your target is B2B, I would recommend focusing on items that will be more likely to stay in the office -- mugs, flash drives, iPods (iPod your life), the mini Wi-Fi locaters are handy gadgets that your customers will keep and use themselves. It's that continued usage that helps maintain brands awareness.etc. Hats, t-shirts and those kinds of items are more appropriate for a consumer target, or for internal branding.

Yes, am pretty sure that with the range of Pod available both in terms of price and features, a higher end Touch or Classic should do well to please clients.

Or a lot of iShuffles that can be well within budget if take thru the corporate discount mentioned on the site.
This would be especially useful for larger organizations where number are great.

Ipod sounds like a good corporate gift for this season. The link people talking about is a good site according to me. As they are giving great discounts on bulk purchases. The ipod is something every wish to get as a gift. So we thought why not we gift our top employees and clients with it.

Nice site for gifting iPods. Especially liked the discounts they are providing on bulk purchases. Would be an ideal corporate gifting preference this year. Myself, being an HR of a BPO is planning to order over 50 pieces as reward and recognition gift.

Also, we are planning to emboss the company logo behind it. An excellent offer provided by Apple.
