C form is issued by RD to another Rd to save 4% central sales tax
It is issued by the buyer to seller
if C forms are not issued in Time it attracts a penalty
Its importance has increased a lot and also bcos of VAT audit

C form is issued by the Buyer to Seller
C form is issued when Transaction made OGS (Out of State Sales or Purchase)

when we purchase or sell than CST is liable not VAT.

If anybody not issue C form to us than we have made Invoice By VAT rate (As per State RAte)

when Form C is produced against buying of a goods otu side of a state, 2% CST is applicable on the goods else 4% CST is applicable on buying the goods. So form C is used to save 2% CST Pls check it.
