Can anybody share information of Sales Form C,F,H,E-I & E-II?

form C is for interstate sales with 2 registered dealers, The buyer issues c form to seller.
form F is against branch transfer sales from principal to agent from one state to other. The agent issues the form to principal along with copy of invoices.
form H is against purchase for direct exports i.e without any changes in material name & packing, bought from either local or interstate suppliers. The buyer issues the form to seller along with export proof like copy of bill of lading/ airway bill & packing list.
form E-1 & E-II against interstate purchase & sales against transfer of document of title.
