| Funds Transfer from subsidiary to Parent company HI Friends,
we are a subsidiary indian company. OUr US based parent company holds 100% shares in our company. We need to transfer excess funds lying with our company, as the parents company needs this in their crisis period and they will return this back after 4-5 months. Please suggest we a good way and the procedure for the same which will involve less process and no tax on either side |
