Hi krishna this is niladry from kolkata i am working as mis executive in a manufacturing company no one can able to provide you mis format according to your need u need to devolop ur own format for that you need to devolop your excel skill . You need to understand what kind or report management wants from you on the basis of that you need to gather the data and by using excel formula prepare the report.

hi MIS stands for Management Information System.. This is a Managerial tool to assess and review the situation of particular segment of a company and basing upon the information provided.. There is no tailor made format to this.. we have to have a proper understanding like
1. what a MANAGER wants?
2. from which dept u can source the required data?
3. how u should present it in a excel sheet?

for Ex
1. Manager wants geographical segment wise sales report Year 2009
2. U have Identify in geographical segments of the business, then identify customers pertaining to that segment, then compile all sales figures of all customers
3. Now u have to present the complied data in excel sheet - this will be an MIS Report on Sales Segment wise.
