use of h form

i dont know the use of h form and g form so pls tell about this difficulties.and i also dont know about the detail of tds if tds is not paid and the period is over so what's the panelty about late payment?

1. There is any formula or calculation method to find closing stock
2. I have received my IT refund of Rs. 3000.00 (proprietorship) how can i do entry in tally.
