Project in Finance

hi all,

My sis is doing her MBA 2nd year. She has done her HR (Mini) proj. Now she is doing her specialisation in HR and Finance. Will it be fruitful if she chose her Major project in Finance? I m hearing from somebody tat if the project is in finance, the score will be less compared to HR or marketing.
What will be the recruiter's point of view in this? What if she choose her career in finance? Please advise. Thnks in advance.

Hi,

I think your sis has to decide what is her career objective? Whether she want to work in HR or Finance domains. If she want to start her career in HR, to me it makes more sence to go for HR project. If she is more intersted in FINANCE career, then it is good to go for FIN project. Your sis should decide the Project on based on her Knowledge and Interest, ofcourse the quality of Guide. If I were your sis, I will not try to impress the recruter as doing project will teach you lot of things.
