Job Profile – Accounts (Senior Level)

Accounts Function

1. Finalisation of Accounts
2. Handling Statutory Audit
3. Reconciliations- Bank, Vendor, Debtors etc.
4. Petty Cash –handling and accounting
5. Vendor’s payment management –due dates etc.
6. Payroll preparation & payment.
7. Preparation of Invoices and updation of billing records
8. Knowledge of Tally 5.4 and Tally 9

Tax Function

1. TDS, FBT, E-Return, Profession Tax - computation and filing
2. Employees Tax Calculation
3. Monthly and quarterly Tax Returns

Finance Function

1. Liaison with bank officials.
2. Bank correspondence.
3. Stock Statement and required reports submission to bank regularly and occasionally.

MIS Function

1. Reports to Management – Regular and occasional
2. Reports mainly regarding – Receivables, Trial balance, Profit & Loss Account, Balance sheet, Outstanding Payments.
3. Budget and Budgetary control

Corporate Law Function

1. Secretarial compliance with the help of company Secretary in practice.
2. Knowledge of statutory books required under Secretarial Audit.

Purchase Function

1. Purchase requisition numbering and vendor Selection/ allotment.
2. Preparation of Purchase order.

Others Statutory Function

1. Preparation of PF and Profession Tax Payable statements - communication with PF consultant for fulfillment of all PF compliance.
2. STPI filing – monthly and quarterly
