Huge Requirement Of SAP Certified FI/Co Consultants

Dear All,
I am working with SAP authorized business as well as Education partner organization we have tie ups with various IT organizations which are SAP business partners as well, As we are into SAP Education they requires Certified SAP consultants for there overseas projects But we are unable to to provide them candidates just because the quantity they required is so huge so please please assist me for the same or provide me eligible candidates for the same.
If Some of my Financial consultant friends are interested in doing SAP Training And Certification they can directly mail me which is mentioned below.
Please take a note of it .
a).Company wishes to employ 150 certified consultants per quarter.

b)Bright chances to work on overseas project just after the
certification
C)Job Base Location: Pune OR Mumbai

d)Entry Salary--Between 3 To 4 Lacks....As per the company policy...

e)Technical/Functional Test for All modules followed by Technical and final HR Interview.
e)Certification is Mandatory

Basically I am a logistics mamanger. I have 10 years ex in this Field.I did SAP B One certification in Tespa india Ltd ,Chennai.I did two implementation in ERP. ONE DOT NET BASED ERP ,Other one SAP R/3, As a powe user.

also i did SAP MM IN LOCAL INSTITUTE.

Current salary 5.25l per annum.

Is it possible push me in your concern.

Can you pls guide me also. I am a commerce graduate with domain functional experience of about 18 yrs in different industries at different levels. I had done FICO-SAP from Growel softech 3 yrs back. Now I would like to log into SAP-FI field.

How best it would be advisable to do this? At what level and post I could get in? What could be the Package like?
