hi, i work in Pvt. Ltd. Co. and we provide logistics services. My customer is deducting 10% TDS on payments, which attracts refund from Govt. each year, but now we don't want this TDS to be deducted. Kindly suggest, is this possible ?

Hi Moni, you can apply for tax exemption from Income Tax department once you get that exemption certificate you can produce to your client not to deduct any TDS from your payment. Rgds Murugan
Hi. While applying for no TDS exemption to IT department, you should mention all the similar clients those deducting tds, as it will be issued with a list of clients.
