I am working in a reputed NABH accredited hospital in Kerala (Corporate Sector) since October 2013 onwards. My last increment / salary revision was done on 2015 July and next due was on July 2016. In this year 2017 June, management has provided 20% (Rs. 1654) of basic salary as increment with one month arrears.
My salary structure is like Basic: Rs. 8270, DA: Rs. 813, HRA: Rs. 2000, Spl Allowance: Rs. 7917 (Gross: Rs. 20000/-). Am i eligible for the arrears from July 2016 onwards ? and shall i move legally to obtain the same. Is the management has any right to skip the arrears ? From India, Proddatur
