any one please suggest me a SOP of what action will be taken when an employee found in sleeping mood in duty time.

When any employee found in sleeping mood, first we have to see about his performance, how he is handling responsbilities, If his performance is good and handling every thing responsibly then we have to ignore.
We have to warn them.
