Plant expansion - Necessary Govt approvals in Tamilnadu

Dear Professionals,

We are going for expansion and our plant is in Tamil nadu and located in a village area. Pls suggest whether all the approvals are covered in below list or any thing is yet to be added.

1. Local Panchayat approval
2. DTCP
3. DISH
4. TNPCB
5. Fire

Also pls suggest can we go for single window system to take up these approvals.
