QUERIES
Dear All,
My name is Madhu and i am a junior member in CiteHR. I have been posting questions but unfortunately i dont get any response.
I am trying this for the last time, before i completely quit.
I need information on professional tax being charged in Chennai. Is it on basic salary of individual employee or is it on the gross salary per month.
Most of my employees are earning gross salary above 15000 per month and basic ranging from a min of 6700 to 28700. Please advise me accordingly.
Thank you
Madhu
