Hi Sanjib,
Genpact has good work culture and HR policies. I worked for this client as a Consultant for sometime. Gurgaon is the Biggest Centre for Genpact Operations and second is Hyderabad and third is Kolkatta. So, you can go ahead company wise.
In which department you were selected as Asst. Manager and your yrs of experience? If you can give me this details, I know the salary bands of Genpact so that i can suggest you accordingly.
Few things which I know are, relocation charges will be paid by them and you will be given 15 days accomodation in Company's guest house. and the salary will be based on ur exp and the department. so share those details which helps me to figure out something.

well as it stands, genpact is known to have industry best work culture and ethics, but the downside is that they also have probably the lowest salary bands across the indian industry. a 2 year bond is probably asking too little too much.

Dear Sanjib,

Salary Band for 5 to 8 yrs is ranging between 6 to 8 Lpa in Genpact at Asst. Mgr level. As far as I know this depends on the performance of the interview and your current CTC.

Looks like your current CTC is quite less compared to your experience level. And coming to the bond for 2 yrs - Yes, they do ask for some critical positions in Genpact and they would also pay Joining Bonus for this. Please find out from them on the same. As discussed earlier, they have a very good work culture and HR policies are good enough to stay with them for a long time. So, BOND shldn't be a problem as I assume that you are not a Job Hopper. Work out with them now itself on the CTC part so that it doesnt create any problems at later point of time and moreover, Work Culture will always motivate you to stay with them for not less than 2yrs.

I think, its almost 10 days now after you started this discussion. I expect you to get the offer letter by now because they do not delay in releasing the offer letter.

This is the info. which I have. Lemme know if you need anything.
