there is no certain salary format used in private sector (pvt. ltd) company but in bublic sector company and Ltd company basically use salary format as per government rule and regulation. it also varies from state to state and company to company.

Take Gross full packge
devided in basic 50% of Gross
HRA 40% or 50% of Basic depande on Residant place of employee
Convance 800/ pm
Medical Allwance 1250/ pm
LTA Basic*3/12
PF if part of CTC then 12% of Basic.
Balance is other allowance.
