I feel the easiest and fastest way for you to get the organization report of any manufacturing company is to actually go and visit the HR Department of a company closest to where you reside.
I am sure they would be more than willing to share their thoughts on each of the 24 points that you are seeking information on. You will get practical insights into all the processes with the Company.
