I want MIS format for different departments to track their daily working. My organization is the oil trading company.the people of different departments are godown incharge, billing, accounts, dispatch, admin, credit controller, sales executives. is there any format for that?

MIS format is not a standard one. First make a list of critical information required by you from each department and also decide up on the frequency. If you are deciding the MIS at a high frequency your staff of that dept may get bogged down by compiling the info and not on the main productive work. So make a list and consult an expert to finalize the frequency and format of each dept.
