Hi
You can see any Income tax Ready reckoner published by some worthy publishers like Taxmann or Bharat. Go to any reputed book seller in you city/town. You will be able to have alook at these books. Or buy a Mini Ready Reckoner published by NABHI. You will be able to know not only About TDS but also on so many things which you feel like knowing.

Hi again!
The book or ready reckoner must be a latest one applicable to the current financial year or the ensuing assessment year. For eg to know about rues for TDS you should buy only the book or reckoner on Income-Tax for Financial year 2010-11 or Assessment year 2011-12.
