Dear subbu,
It makes no diff. whether you r employed in a Ltd. co. or a pvt. ltd. co..
An employee can claim exemption on HRA, Conveyance allowance. The employee's tax liability can be reduced if the employer provides some reimbursement like telephone , medical etc. However, such reimbursement will attract FBT. In case of Medical reimbursement, payment upto 1250 p.m. will attract FBT, any payment beyond 1250 will be taxable in the hands of the employee.
The employee can claim rebate on int. paid on house loan.etc.
For pyslip buy any payroll software
