Respected Seniors,
When making provision for Gratuity payable in Tally,
should we take the payble amount for who are eligible on a particular date or all employees on particular date.
please clarify.

it is advisable to have it on individual names only for a better clarity on provision and on its payment.... Not only Gratuity every employee benefit due must and should have invididual accounting for a better clarity, either it is in tally or in any other software.....
