Position - Assistant Accounts Manager at Pramata Knowledge Solutions Bangalore
Exp: 2 to 4 years
Duties and Responsibilities - Computerised Accounts , Knowledge of Tally / QuickBooks, To receive and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment., Verify calculations and input in to the Accounts system in an accurate manner., To deal with daily transactions for the petty cash and ensure that reconciliations are completed on a weekly basis., To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepare cheques for payment., Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement., Scrutiny of Ledgers., Preparation of Tax Statement., Knowledge of VAT, Sales Tax Returns etc.

Skills / Attributes Required - Previous experience in an Corporate / Accounts office., Experience in a CA firm will be an added advantage, Good Microsoft and Excel skills, Good organisation and administrative skills.,
Good communication skills, Excellent attention to details., Willing to work closely within our small, growing team., Willing to learn QuickBooks, Will have an opportunity to learn and work on US accounting.
Have an aptitude for figures, Key skills - Knowledge of Tally , Manage petty cash, process invoices, weekly reconciliations, Excellent communication skills
