Well, you are lucky as the manager himself agreed to give loan without collateral securities.
For project reports, you have to contact locally available chartered accountants.
Give them all details of your idea. They will prepare. Also enquire about their fee.
Normally for project report ( only for economics ) auditors charge Rs.5000/- to Rs. 20000/-
They will attest your financials as on date
They will ascertain your net worth
They will study your industry economics.
Do not try to mislead the bankers by making blunt adjustments in the report.
first of all, do conservatively with the help of your auditor prepare report. see how much profit
you can achieve. after getting satisfied yourself, prepare report for bank.
best of luck.

Thanks for the reply pal, this CGFTS is itself a central government scheme under which banks are directed to give loan for the business without asking for collateral securities for MSME sectors..
thanks for your reply , i am in talks with my CA and he is very very helpful.

you have to first go for firm registration, SSI registration with state government
industries department at district head quarters.
do not be in confusion, do not tell ssi authroities that you are gaining a lot
from CGFTS scheme, they will rob you.
you are also eligible for state subsidy ( you can get more subsidy if females are owners)

Dear sir, kindly note that the maximum limit will be Rs. 1crore loan under this scheme. Hence prepare the project with in that limit. I feel you are underestimating your project it is not possible to do steel business with less than Rs. 3 crores. Pl. take care. Dont under estimate your project. All the best
