Mr. Ram
I am one of the faculty working in a college based on your details stated above I suggest you to take up specialization in Finance. You will get number of opportunity to develop your career & always MBA finance has more scope than any other specialization. I am not saying that other specialization are waste, i am only suggesting based on job opportunity. Even specialization in Banking & financial service is a recent one to try if you have that option.
Being a Non-commerce doesn't make much difference the only thing matter you interest in that field.

Mr. Ram,
Please decide the area in which you are going land your career. If you are good in communication and convincing skill then you can select Marketing or Human Resource. If you are good at analyzing and logical reasoning then you can select Finance. Generally people tend to select specialization based on the job opportunity but if one has the skills every specialization has got a good scope in this world. If there is no scope then no college or university will offer that specialization, so my point is that you analyse your skill and personality then go for selecting the specialisation.

Dear Friends, I wish to share my views in this concern., i believe that every field has its own values and principles., just because engg field is not job oriented or no jobs, or just because no carrier growth for BA or BSC,., taking up Finance is NOT CORRECT. It is some thing like making FINANCE FIELD A MIXED UP DUST BIN. NO I DO NOT AGREE TO THIS., one should have a target in his life before he select the study stream, just because he or she had not performed well to score good marks and join Finance field for some job will not only effect the candidate but also they are denying the right of the correct and needy commerce candidate. YES every body have every right to change the fields of study or working or may be profession also. But just because of non performance in one area and picking up Finance and accounts field is not correct. I am sure that every Finance member and every other member of this forum agrees that the Finance and Accounts Field is a respectable profession and it commands and demands respect.
